Willi F. Schiener is a professional artist. Much of his work reflects his deep concern for the state of the world's ecology. Born in Bavaria, West Germany, he studied porcelain painting at the Fachschule in Selb. He then immigrated to the United States in 1963 where he has since continued his art. His work can be seen at the Smithsonian Institute, and also on permanent display in the Richmond Confederate Museum.
